‘Laboratorio Q-Life’ launches successfully and lays the foundations for future editions

The first edition of ‘Q-Life Laboratory’ has come to an end with a great success in participation and laying the foundations for the celebration of future editions. Bikefriendly ConsultingThis first day concluded with the guided tour of the Diocesan Museum of Jaca, located inside the town's cathedral, and which houses one of the most valuable collections of Romanesque mural paintings in Europe.

Rafa Monterde, Director of the Las Naves Foundation, the space for innovation and creation of Valencia City Hall, opened the second day of 'Q-Life Laboratory' with an interesting presentation on how to combine innovation, business and knowledge, working in the social field. An area where innovation and quality of life improvement initiatives, according to Monterde, must not have as their main objective becoming a business, but must be profitable and generate benefits to be effective and serve their purpose.A continuation, Javier Pontes, Technical Director of Ciclamadrid, one of the emblematic tourist projects of the Region of Madrid, showed with his presentation how public-private collaboration projects can become the backbone of territories, balancing the tourist balance between areas with inequalities and generating shared wealth.

The third of the technical presentations of the second day of 'Q-Life Laboratory' was given by Edurne Zubiria, Mayoral Coordinator of the Vila-Real City Council, who focused on the case of his city as an example of public-private collaboration when it comes to successfully facing and overcoming difficulties and moments of economic crisis, always with the innovative spirit as a common denominator of institutions and companies, and with the ultimate objective of improving the quality of life of its inhabitants. A concept, that of quality of life and the actions related to its constant improvement, which focused the debate of the round table held last, and which included the participation additional of Carlos Totorika, Mayor of Ermua and co-president of the INNpulso Network, putting the finishing touch to this first edition of 'Laboratorio Q-Life'.
