This Monday, September 20, The Government of Aragon presented the plates and badges for Tourist Merit which in this 2021 edition has distinguished the kitchen managers with Michelin Stars in Aragon, the Ibercaja Foundation and plaques for Birding Aragón, Bikefriendly and the Traditional Ansotano Costume.
The vice president and counselor of Industry, Competitiveness and Business Development, Arturo Aliaga, wanted to congratulate the winners and stressed that "with these recognitions the work and effort of the Aragonese establishments to offer quality products that make Aragón a unique place to stop and enjoy. All the people who are behind the initiatives that we recognize today accumulate years of experience in the kitchen and incessant creative work always based on the gastronomic wealth of the autonomous community, without forgetting the constant search to make known the history of Aragon and its most relevant figures.”
