Ideal bike: Undoubtedly a full suspension bike with good travel, that doesn't mean it can't be done with a rigid bike, it's also ideal for e-bikes.
Tires: Versatile tires are the most appropriate, as there are many different surfaces (rock slabs, paths, steps, tracks, sections of loose stones, sand, etc…)
Orientation: The route is followed using a GPS track. The organizers hold a daily briefing.
Best time: Autumn and winter are the best times to find the trails in perfect condition.
