Welcome to La Llevanza, a 19th-century Asturian farmhouse renovated in 2014, just ten minutes by car from Oviedo, twenty-five from Gijón and forty from Asturias airport. Located in the parish of Villaperi (Oviedo) at the foot of the Sierra del Naranco and next to the Nora River, it has a typically Asturian rural environment, which you can enjoy just by leaving home.

Its privileged location in the center of Asturias and easy access to the main highways in the region, allow you to reach any corner of the Principality in a very short time. La Llevanza has two three-key category apartments that occupy the old original house and stable. They are fully equipped and have four and six seats respectively, with their own parking.

The maximum quality and comfort of the accommodation, the simplicity and good taste in its decoration, 1,800 m2 of meadow with riverside trees and a centenary granary are our hallmarks. All designed to make your stay and that of your family or friends in La Llevanza a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

Rodeando el Naranco (I)

This cycling tour is circular with start and finish at the same point. It does not have very long slopes but it is a seesaw that runs through all kinds of terrain, passing through regional roads, city and tracks with the occasional loose stone, which does not make it suitable for all types of bicycles. We are facing a route that without practically leaving the council of Oviedo, will allow us to enjoy diverse landscapes and environments that are difficult to imagine from the center of the city. It is about surrounding the Naranco to discover its surroundings. They are about 40 km and a cumulative rise of about 600 m. It can be considered a route of moderate difficulty. However, there is enough time and some short sections can be done on foot, enjoying the scenery. Anyone who has ridden a few kilometers can do it without difficulty.
