DESCRIPTION

Independent rural house located in the village of Terrades (Girona), suitable for 10-12 people. It has 5 double rooms on the upper floor and a double bed on the ground floor in case someone is unable climb stairs. Living-dining room with wood-burning fireplace. Heating. Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery and cutlery.

Large garden of 800 m2 with terrace and barbecue, basketball hoop and football goal for children. Recharging for electric vehicles (e-car). Municipal car park 50 metres from the hotel and space for 2 vehicles in our courtyard.

Eco-sustainable house in-line with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) We promote the reduction of waste and plastics. We are committed to clean and renewable energy (pellet boiler and solar panels).

In the bathrooms, there are ecological and biodegradable sulphate-free toiletries for our guests to reduce the environmental pollution of the water. We reduce our carbon footprint by planting trees in the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà National Park.

We are a "Biosphere Tourism" certified establishment.

Near the rural house there are mountain biking and cycling routes through the medieval villages of the region. We have paths and a walking route to enjoy the territory, discovering Romanesque hermitages and ancient medieval fortifications. We are close to four natural parks, Aiguamolls de l'Empordà with different pathways and a circular route along the banks of the river Fluvià that will allow you to enjoy its habitat and flora and fauna.

The Cap de Creus National Park that goes along the coast and you can follow its coastal paths. The Albera National Park and the Montgrí, Medes Islands and Baix Ter National Park where you can go on kayak and eco-tourism excursions. You can also taste local products and visit the 11 wineries where the DO Empordà wines are produced. Also, for culture lovers during the summer there are the Peralada and the Schubertíada in Vilabertrán international music festivals. Not forgetting the visits to the Dalí triangle of Púbol, Portlligat and Figueres, important centres of the surrealism of the Dalí universe.
