BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP.SL announces a draw on the Instagram social network with the aim of increasing the participation of community members and which will be governed by the following rules:
LEGAL BASES
First.- Objective.
Thank you to our Instagram followers for your loyalty and we're celebrating reaching 20.000 followers!
Bikefriendly wants to reward cycling enthusiasts with a special draw.
1 night for 1 person in low season (subject to availability) at Casa Rural Os Ormos, in the heart of the Pyrenees of Huesca.
A Bikefriendly t-shirt.
A 3-stage trip for one person on Tracks Ordesa
An X-Sauce cleaning pack.
Second.- Recipients.
All natural persons who are of legal age and have full legal capacity may participate.
Third.- How to participate and win in the draw
To participate In the draw you must follow these steps:
Write the word in the comments 20.000.
Tag 3 cyclists you would share an adventure with.
Join the Bikefriendly Club
Fourth.- Prize.
The validity of the stay won will be until December 1, 2026.
Fifth.- Call deadlines
The valid period to participate in the draw begins on the day it is published on Instagram and It will end after 15 days at 23:59 hours.
Natural persons who follow the participation procedure for the draw (base 'Third' of this document) outside the call period will not be able to enter the draw.
Bikefriendly employees will not be eligible to participate in the draw.
Sixth.- Selection of the winner, communication and delivery
The winners will be selected by drawing lots from among those who meet the requirements of section 3, using the random selection application app-sorteos.com.
The prize will be announced on the @bikefriendly.bike Instagram profile once the giveaway is over. BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP SL. will contact the winner via their Instagram account and request their email and phone number once the contest period has ended.
The winner's Instagram account and name will not be revealed.
If the winner cannot be contacted within two days of the first attempt, or if the winner does not meet the requirements for the draw, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will lose their right to claim the prize.
In the event that the winner waives the Prize, Bikefriendly Group reserves the right to award the prize to whomever the company deems appropriate among the Bikefriendly Club members or for promotional purposes, even if they are not part of the Club. No further drawing will be held among the participants.
The prize is personal and non-transferable to third parties.
If the winner cannot be contacted within two days of the first attempt, or if the winner does not meet the requirements for the draw, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will lose their right to claim the prize.
A maximum of three winners will be selected. If the prize cannot be awarded to any of the three winners, Bikefriendly Group SL reserves the right to offer the stay free of charge at its discretion.
Seventh.- Obligations
Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of these rules. All participants expressly waive the right to challenge the award decision.
General conditions
BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP SL. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes, in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes. It also reserves the right to disqualify any person who, in its opinion, manipulates the participation process or the operation of the sweepstakes, or acts in violation of these Rules or any other promotion, or in a detrimental or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately impede the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law, and in the event of such a violation, BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP SL. reserves the right to claim damages from any person to the extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to comply with any of the terms of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The data of the participants will be treated in accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27
April 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data (hereinafter, “RGPD”), and articles 6 and 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, “LOPDGDD”).
Participants' data may be used for advertising or commercial prospecting purposes for the products, services and activities of BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP .SL, including electronic communications. Participants may object to the processing of their data for advertising and commercial prospecting purposes by sending an email to the following address: info@bikefriendly.com indicating therein “OPPOSITION TO ADVERTISING TREATMENTS”.
Participants may at any time, under the terms established in the current regulations on the protection of personal data, revoke the authorization granted for the processing of personal data, as well as
exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with respect to the personal data provided, by means of a written request addressed to our email address: info@bikefriendly.com
