BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP.SL announces a draw on the Instagram social network with the aim of increasing the participation of community members and which will be governed by the following rules:
LEGAL BASES
First.- Objective.
To promote the Ciclo Món Sant Benet cycling tour among its followers Bikefriendly raffling off two tasting menus at the L'Ó Restaurant Hotel Mon Sant Benet.
Second.- Recipients.
All natural persons who are of legal age and have full legal capacity may participate.
Third.- How to participate and win in the draw
To participate In the draw you must follow these steps:
- Follow the Instagram accounts @bikefriendly.bike and @ciclomonsantbenet
- Give a 'like' to the post where the draw is indicated
- Write a comment on the giveaway post tagging the person you would like to participate in the contest with and who is an Instagram user
Fourth.- Prize.
The prize will consist of two tasting menus in the L`Ó Restaurant at the Món Sant Benet hotel
Fifth.- Call deadlines
The period of validity to participate in the draw begins on the day it is published on Instagram and ends on February 22 at 23:59 p.m.
Natural persons who follow the participation procedure for the draw (base 'Third' of this document) outside the call period will not be able to enter the draw.
Sixth.- Selection of the winner, communication and delivery
The winners will be selected by drawing lots from among those who meet the requirements of section 3, using the random selection application app-sorteos.com.
The winner will be announced on the @bikefriendly.bike Instagram profile once the giveaway has ended. BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP SL will contact the winner via email after the contest period has closed. If the winner cannot be contacted within two days of the first attempt, or if they decline the prize, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will forfeit their right to claim the prize.
Once the prize has been accepted in accordance with the above, BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP SL. will contact the winner in order to inform him/her of the steps to follow in order to enjoy the prize. The winner may renounce the prize, but under no circumstances may he/she exchange it for another prize, nor for its cash value.
The prize is personal and non-transferable to third parties.
Seventh.- Obligations
Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of these rules. All participants expressly waive the right to challenge the award decision.
General conditions
BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP SL. BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP SL. reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. It also reserves the right to disqualify any person who, in its opinion, tampers with the participation process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or acts in violation of these Rules or any other promotion or in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately impede the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such a violation occur, BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP SL. reserves the right to seek damages from any person to the extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to comply with any of the terms of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

Participants' data may be used for advertising or commercial prospecting purposes for the products, services and activities of BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP .SL, including electronic communications. Participants may object to the processing of their data for advertising and commercial prospecting purposes by sending an email to the following address: info@bikefriendly.com indicating therein “OPPOSITION TO ADVERTISING TREATMENTS”.
Participants may at any time, under the terms established in the current regulations on the protection of personal data, revoke the authorization granted for the processing of personal data, as well as exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with respect to the personal data provided, by means of a written request addressed to our email address: info@bikefriendly.com in a harmful or unsportsmanlike manner.
