Second.- Recipients.
All natural persons who are of legal age and have full legal capacity may participate.
Third.- How to participate and win in the draw
To participate in the draw, you must follow these steps:
- Follow the Instagram accounts @bikefriendly.bike and @hotelbalmes
- Give a 'like' to the post where the draw is indicated
- Write a comment on the giveaway post tagging at least 2 people who you would like to enjoy a few days of vacation with and who are Instagram users

Fifth.- Call deadlines
The valid period to participate in the draw begins on the day it is published on Instagram and will end on March 23 at 23:59 hours.
Natural persons who follow the participation procedure for the draw (base 'Third' of this document) outside the call period will not be able to enter the draw.
Sixth.- Selection of the winner, communication and delivery
The winners will be selected by drawing lots from among those who meet the requirements of section 3, using the random selection application app-sorteos.com.
The winner's name will be published on the @bikefriendly.bike Instagram profile once the giveaway has ended. BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP SL will contact the winner via email after the contest period has closed. If the winner cannot be contacted within two days of the first attempt, or if they decline the prize, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will forfeit their right to claim the prize.
Once the prize has been accepted in accordance with the above, BIKEFRIENDLY GROUP SL will contact the winner to inform them of the steps to follow to claim the prize. The winner may decline the prize, but in no case may it be exchanged for a different prize or its cash value.
The prize is personal and non-transferable to third parties.
Seventh.- Obligations
Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of these rules. All participants expressly waive the right to challenge the award decision.
